JOB TITLE: Recondition Specialist I
JOB DESCRIPTION:
A. Purpose and Scope
The Recondition Specialist I (hereafter RS I) is responsible for executing reconditioning
activities
and conforming to the company quality system procedures as documented.
B. Responsibilities
The Recondition Specialist I is responsible for reconditioning both the exterior
and interior of the
vehicle. This entails the following wax/polish, buff, compound, wet sand, clay,
shampoo and/or
windows. Upon recondition vehicle RS I should Park vehicle with all doors, hood,
gas tank, trunk,
glove box, ashtray, center console, sun visor & hand/head rest either open
or down.
C. Organization Relationships
The RS I reports directly to the Owner.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A. Education and Training
The RS I is required to have training in the following areas: * knowledge and
understanding of detailing; * assessment techniques of correctly examining &
removing
stains & spots; * additional skills required for managing Recondition Specialist
II, such as
planning, organizing, communicating.
B. Technical Requirements
The RS I is required to read and understand technical and non-technical documents
as relate to automotive detailing. This includes the ability to interface with
both
customers and suppliers.
C. Experience & Compensation
The RS I shall have prior experience in performing auto detailing. In
the case of the company, the experience requirement is at the discretion of
the Owner.
The RS I receives a salary of $100 per pay period (approximately every two weeks)
and commissions as outlined (paid on the 15th and last day of month).
