Information
In 1999 ImagePro, formed as a sole proprietorship, originated
in Florida and provided reconditioning services exclusively to
automotive groups/dealerships. Combined, its owner and employees
have over 30 years of professional auto detailing experience.

License and Insurance
We are fully licensed to conduct business within the state of
Georgia. In addition, we have $2,000,000 in aggregate liability
limits and $50,000 in garagekeepers coverage.

Not sure where to begin, no problem. ImagePro can design a cost
effective, efficient and appealing auto detail center and relieve
you of time-consuming and tedious red tape. Be certain that your
new auto detail center will be both ergonomical and compliant
with at all city codes and ordinances.
Appearance
To compliment the professional image of your property, all ImagePro
representatives wear uniforms. Our uniforms consist of gray embroided
shirts along with black/blue nylon athletic pants. Also, our signs
are professionally designed and crafted by The Sign Post of Atlanta.

Hand
Wash
1 Degrease wheels, rocker panel and all jams (door, gas tank and
trunk)
2 Wash/Rinse degreased areas including wheel wells and tires
3 Wet/Wash exterior using wool mitt and bug sponge where necessary
4 Rinse exterior and dry using premium grade chamois
5 Dress tires and wheel wells
Wax
1 Perform all steps for Hand Wash
2 Apply Carnuba wax using orbital (hand wax also available)
3 Dress necessary areas
4 Remove wax using micro fiber cloth
5 Leaves a high gloss which protects against oxidation, bugs,
tree sap, bird feces, etc.
Interior
Shampoo
1 Thoroughly vacuum interior to remove dirt, dust or other objects
2 Shampoo door panels, seats, carpets and floor mats
3 Clean dash, center console and other areas
4 Treat leather or vinyl
5 Condition areas to protect against UV rays which is the number
one cause of leather deterioration

Thorough cleaning/conditioning of dash, console, and between/under
seats
2 Treat leather or vinyl
Scratch
Removal
1 As a rule of thumb, if your finger nail gets caught in a scratch,
the area MAY require touch up paint
2 Clean area to be worked on
3 Surface imperfections such as scratches may be removed by high
speed buffing using a mild to aggressive compound with a wool
pad depending on the scratch.
4 Once the area has been buffed and the scratch removed. A polish
is applied to clean the area and create a high gloss
5 Finally the area is waxed and your scratch ceases to exist
Touch
Up Paint for Chip Repair
1 Generally, touch up paint repairs an area larger than a scratch
2 Clean area to be worked on
3 Wet sand area to ensure that touch up paint bonds to surface
properly
4 Apply touch up paint, let dry and buff area
5 Step 3-4 maybe repeated again
Buff/Compound
1 The most effective process to return your car surface to the
original state is buffing/compounding by use of a high-speed buffer.
2 Removes surface imperfections such as oxidation, scratches,
over spray, etc.
3 Perform Hand Wash steps
4 Depending on the imperfection to be removed, a mild to aggressive
compound may be used with the high speed buffer
